Available to order is an extensive collection of iconic instruments, a combination of original interpretations of pre-existing guitars and also many brand new concepts, each guitar personally commissioned directly by each and every client.
Because we know attention to details matters, every single design is painted or crafted by hand, every single colour is mixed, every cut and shape of the wood, is done by hand, thusly, every single guitar that we produce is absolutely unique.No two are ever quite the same and in this, The Painted Player remains the first choice in providing true one-off productions. These are not guitars that come rolling off of a factory-based production line or machine produced, these are the real thing - at truly stunning value.

The Painted Player is divided into 4 seperates series, The Artist Series, The Luthier Series, The Relic Series and The Custom Shop, each specialising in a particular area of The Painted Player world and each totally at your disposal. Most instruments can be produced in Left-Handed format too, so feel free to ask us for an The Relic Series is the newest part of the Painted Player experience, a collection of classically inspired 'Road-Worn' instruments from Andy Summers' iconic Telecaster to Stevie Ray Vaughan's Number One Stratocaster, they're all here.independent quotation.The Artist Series is comprised of fully hand painted instruments based on iconic guitars donned by some of the world's greatest players, from Eric Clapton and Jack Bruce to Jimmy Page and Paul McCartney, our host of 1960's and 1970's inspired artwork will leave you dazzled. All of our artwork based guitars are given a clear lacquer coating once completed in order to seal in and protect the artist’s finished masterpiece.The Luthier Series was introduced in December 2006 with the release of our internationally popular Slade Super-Yob Tribute Model, comprising of fully hand crafted instruments based on some of the most dynamic and stunning instruments to grace stages and music videos alike, the Luthier Series features classics such as Eddie Van Halen's Megazone, Steve Vai's Flame guitar and John Entwhistle's Axe Bass. There's nothing quite like the feel of a guitar you know has been fully crafted by hand, its like strapping on a Morgan Aero 8!The Relic Series is the newest part of the Painted Player experience, a collection of classically inspired 'Road-Worn' instruments from Andy Summers' iconic Telecaster to Stevie Ray Vaughan's Number One Stratocaster, they're all here.The Custom Shop is essentially the culmination of both The Artist Series and The Luthier Series, dynamic, bold and original, our Custom Shop gives players the chance to run riot with both classic designs and their own brand new concepts alike. Owning your own piece of guitar history is not far away, to cater for all levels of guitarist and all manner of budgets, we have developed a unique series of Editions for each and every guitar we produce, allowing you to order the guitar of your dreams to virtually any specification. From Standard Editions produced using entry level instruments offering excellent playability and value for money, to Ultimate Editions produced using the finest instruments from the most respected manufacturers.

When placing your order, we will discuss all the angles with you and if you have anything personal or individual you wish to bring to your particular guitar, a change in artwork design, a personal message on the headstock or even your own Signature Model, then just ask and our team will talk through the options with you – nothing is ‘impossible’.
Once you have talked through exactly what you would like to order, our team will take you through the order and payment procedure after which we will give you a quotation of approximately 6 - 8 weeks for completion of your instrument as standard (unless otherwise discussed). Once your order has been placed, e-mail updates and regular communication is maintained throughout the production process to keep you advised and once your instrument has been completed we will notify you when it has been dispatched by courier for you to enjoy.
