One of the most influential groups of all time, 'The Eagles' are masters of their craft, collectively celebrated but often overlooked for their individual talents. Such is the case with the masterful Glenn Frey, lead guitarist and vocalist with the group since their gestation.
There is much speculation as to the origins of Frey's go-to guitar throughout his entire career, was it an actual Gibson Les Paul Junior as many believed, or it was it in fact a Japanese copy? Whatever the truth, Frey had gotten the guitar from guitarist Jackson Browne and it was refinished and heavily modified to his own personal specifications, jet black with custom pickguard, tune-o-matic / Stoptail set-up, Fender 3-way switch and an 'uncovered' P90 neck pickup...

Incorporating Dual Epiphone P-90 Pickups, Tune-o-matic bridge and stop-tail, Fender Oak 3-way selector switch, ‘open book’ custom headstock re-cut with blank face and all the trimmings, including fully accurate relic pattern.
