HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
Placing your order couldn't be easier, simply contact us using the button provided and supply us with the following information:
1. Your Full Name & Delivery Address Details
(Postcode required to provide accurate Shipping Quotation)
2. The Model & 'Edition' of guitar that you wish to order
(ie: Jimi Hendrix "Monterey" Tribute Stratocaster 'Supreme Edition')
3. Any bespoke or custom options / specifications
(Such as a unique pickup upgrades, hardware or artwork changes)
We will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible and provide you with a complimentary quotation along with everything you will need to put your order in place with us efficiently.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
If you decide that you would like to place an order with us then we accept payment to book-in and confirm your order via your choice of Paypal payment (5% surcharge applicable to cover associated fees with this service) or you may proceed via secure direct Bank Transfer payment. If proceeding via Paypal then all we require when contacting us is your Paypal account email address so that we can send you an appropriate invoice (detailing your order) from which you can complete payment.
If you decide to proceed via secure direct Bank Transfer payment then simply notify us and we will supply you with the required business bank account details so that you can organise your payment and we will confirm receipt shortly thereafter.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Once your payment is received in full and your order is booked-in, your guitar will then be put into production within 5-7 working days and, based upon our standard estimated completion period of 12-14 weeks for models in our currently available range (Custom Order production times may vary), you will receive an estimated completion date and updates throughout until your guitar is made ready to ship via secure courier service.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our standard Shipping & Handling costs feature minimal insurance cover in order to reduce costs to our customers, this is also why we always recommend a suitable Hardcase accompany your new guitar and, while most Supreme and Ultimate Editions come complete with complimentary Hardcase, you can add a Hardcase to any Deluxe Edition order at minimal cost (contact us for a quotation). Additional insurance cover can be purchased and allocated to your order at additional cost.
Costs are as follows: United Kingdom = £24.99, Europe = £49.99, USA & Canada = £149.99, Far East & Australia = £249.99. For all other locations simply contact us with your address and post code and we will provide you with an individual quotation.
