Crafted to the highest specifications, the "Desert Star" incorporates a Swamp Ash Off-Set Semi-Acoustic Body design that has been combined with a Quilted Maple Top featuring Tortoiseshell binding and vintage-size slimline 'F' Holes. The CBS Big-Headstock Strat neck has been crafted using lightly 'roasted' Canadian Maple and mounted via traditional 70's 3-Bolt neck plate, delivering effortless weight-balance and playability. Sporting a Railhammer "Billy Corgan" Humcutter in the neck and a JBE HB Humbucker in the bridge, GOTOH 510 Wrap-around Bridge and Schaller "Da Vinci" Tuners - the "Desert Star" is one of our most luxurious builds ever and designed to provide a go-to instrument of superb flexibility for the dedicated studio / stage performer.

Crafted to the original Custom Shop specifications, featuring a custom made Off-Set Semi-Acoustic Swamp Ash Body with Quilted Maple Top and Tortioseshell binding - the "Desert Star" incorporates vintage-size slimline 'F' Holes, all-Gold Hardware, GOTOH 510 Wrap-around Bridge / Tailpiece and Schaller "Da Vinci Tuners". The neck itself has been designed based upon the CBS 'Big-Headstock' Fender Stratocaster, providing a familiar and comfortable playing experience with soft C profile and compound radius fingerboard, 'roasted' maple core and medium-jumbo frets. Under the hood, she sports a Railhammer "Billy Corgan" Humcutter in the neck position and a JBE Joe Barden HB Bridge Humbucker, both accessible via Switchcraft 3-way toggle and dual volume / tone controls. Each "Desert Star" is then finished with a light Tobacco Busst on the reverse and a deeper "Desert Burst" finish to highlight the beautiful Quilted Top, making this one of our most luxurious productions to-date. Each guitar comes complete with complimentary Fitted Hardcase as standard.
